What this page is for. The Family Learning Hub tracks where the kids are. This workbench tracks what we're building for one subject — Lleyton's French — so materials don't live as scattered files. Every printable and tool flows left to right: idea → building → done.

Lleyton decodes and pronounces French well — the gap is comprehension, understanding what the words actually mean. Everything on this workbench targets that one gap: reading short French texts and genuinely understanding them, not just sounding them out.

Comprehension Strategy Coverage

The Summer French Reading Plan teaches nine comprehension skills. The worksheet pack gives Lleyton a hands-on sheet for the core six. A green check means there's a built worksheet for that skill.

How To Use The Workbench

Keeping this current: open French Workbench.html in a text editor and edit the DATA block near the bottom. When a new material is built, add it with stage:"done" and the file name; when you think of something new, add it with stage:"idea". Keep this file and all the French materials together in the Learning folder so the Open links work. This workbench is a spoke of the Family Learning Hub, which is itself linked from the master AI Command Center.
